For the first 37 years of my life, I struggled with relationship anxiety, anxious attachment, and low self-worth, attracting partners who reflected these issues back to me. But don't worry—I've made it through to the other side. Today, I'm here to help women like you become secure, confident, and magnetic, attracting authentic love with partners who cherish you for who you are. Let's get started... Full Name (Optional) Your Email (Optional) 1. Commitment - How quickly do you get attached in a new relationship? I tend to fall in love quite quickly and get attached to another person quite rapidly. I take some time to assess the person and first see if our values are aligned and compatible. Once I've determined this, I'm not afraid to commit and am ready to make it official. It takes me a long time to commit to someone and make the relationship official. It might never happen, and I could remain in "standby" mode for quite a while. None 2. Individuality - How much alone time do you need and how comfortable do you feel when you're by yourself? I actually don't need much space or alone time. I also feel a bit uncomfortable when my partner asks for some alone time. I enjoy having some alone time now and then, and I believe it's healthy - It's really a good mix that makes the relationship positive for me. I need quite a bit of alone time, without feeling the need to consider my partner, where I can do my own things without any interference. None 3. Conflicts - How do you handle and what do conflicts mean to you in a relationship? If I find myself in a heated argument or conflict, I might say or do things impulsively that I could later regret. It's difficult for me to think clearly in such situations. I'm not afraid of conflicts and am open to discussing them. I do my best to understand what is truly bothering my partner so we can get to the heart of the matter. I don't question the entire relationship over an argument; instead, I try to find a compromise. I try to avoid conflicts as much as possible. I'm somewhat afraid of revealing my inner world, so I tend to shut down. I might even end a relationship to avoid dealing with bigger issues. None 4. Rejection - Suppose you've been seeing someone for a while. Suddenly, this person loses interest in you. They might communicate this or simply disappear without a word. How do you deal with this form of rejection? I would feel rejected and worried that I did something wrong or that I'm not good enough for them. I would prefer to know what happened, but deep down I understand that it's not about me, but rather about them. I would probably be quite indifferent and might even feel a bit relieved that things didn't go deeper. None 5. Intimacy - How comfortable do you feel experiencing intimacy with your romantic partner? I crave a lot of intimacy (emotional and/or sexual) and often think about it. I really need it. I enjoy engaging in both emotional and sexual intimacy as it creates a deeper connection between me and my partner. It's beautiful. I somehow control when and how we get close. I notice that I create a certain distance after moments of intimacy; otherwise, I feel too involved. None 6. Communication - How easy is it for you to nurture communication in your intimate relationship? I struggle to articulate what worries me and somehow expect my partner to understand it from the nuances I provide. I feel comfortable expressing and discussing anything in the relationship. I value clear and honest communication and am not afraid to address any questions my partner might have. I am often somewhat reserved and not very transparent in my communication. I might even send mixed signals or stop communicating altogether. None 1 out of 6 Time's up Submit a Comment Click here to cancel reply. Please Login to Comment.
